SHB is out with the quarterly trading update:

In summary:

- Short-term disruption to footfall from Omicron restrictions

- But demand is coming back and vacancies continue to decline (£11m new leases signed during the quarter)

- Almost 90% of rents collected in the quarter

- Two non-core properties disposed (for £11m), five acquired (for £18m) as opportunities arise in the core areas

Does Shaftesbury specify if rents are inflation linked? It would be interesting to know, in order to value the inflation hedging potential role of this stock in a portfolio. Thank you
